Smoke on the Water. (#40234)
The first photography all-nighter I pulled. Started off with droplet photos on a baking tray (none good), ended up with magenta printer ink in some water in a glass.

Service.
On way back from Bournemouth, stopped at a service station. Saw this cool, vintage car, complemented by the colour of the truck in the background. Had a little play in LR and voila. (Editing process of this among other pics at: http://youtu.be/LlRw2yXwXqM?list=UURdtl8f9bO5bY4uDrCoShpw)

Day 2: Hanged Red.
As I’ve said before. Please feel free to comment with the name of the flower, I’d love to know and look stupid showing these otherwise… Alike many others, this shot is from the street, looking into peoples gardens…

Day 4: Dog Rose.
I was surprised to learn that this is a type of rose. I guess this is a wild species and the flower-shop roses we see today used to look something like this, before they were bred to look… well, nicer. Like in many of my macro shots, I like a blurry foreground as well as…

Lightroom Experiments: Fire & Smoke.
Tried to use what the shot offered here. The column of bokeh in the background looked like a column of smoke to me so I worked around that. To me it looks like a huge ash pile on top of which is a bonfire that the guy in the background is huddling close to, but is…
