My housemate was fitting his guitar with a piezo pick-up and a preamp (whatever those are) so he needed a drill. I took this as a wonderful opportunity to take some abstract macro shots. Here’s the first of the three.

Dice City
Probably the most expensive and time-consuming photo I’ve ever taken. 300 dice glued with pvc (temporary but strong enough to hold for a while) which took around 2 hours. Like I said in my “Negaticity” post, this is sort of a retake of that, on a slightly bigger budget. The “sky” is my duvet.

Reflection
Kinda looks like a before and after shot, superimposed onto one image. It’s just a reflection of the glass of the bridge.

I love to show hands in portraits because of how important they are in body language – the only type of communication possible between a photograph and the audience.

Casual Headshot
