“Red” Robin?
Extremely fun fact: Even though the breast of the robin is orange, it is referred to as “red”. The colour “orange” comes from the name of the fruit and was brought into the English language after the naming of the Robin. Latin: Erithacus rubecula.

Last macro insect for now. They all stayed surprisingly still. This one was actually being filmed as I was taking the picture.

What’s That, Nan?
Having a lot of freedom regarding interview topic, I decided to film my grandmother who’s started showing signs of dementia. I wanted to give a glimpse into the life of a dementia sufferer and to show that it’s not just about forgetfulness. Unfortunately it is subtitled as she knows no English.

Anti-leap frog.
The aforementioned frog. Someone was trying to make it leap forward and the rest were trying to capture the moment. I failed so here’s a stationary and probably a little annoyed frog.

Macro Snails.
Second part of the workshop was macro filming in a makeshift studio. We collected some insects, spiders, worms, a few snails and even a frog and got to practicing.
