Other side.
Hard to get a shot in London without a thousand tourists being in the way. Doing it across the Thames seems like a good alternative.

Cinematic.
Bored of black and white cityscapes decided to edit this with some split toning, trying to make it look cold like the scenes from Sherlock Holmes films. The bird helped to add some drama.

Sea of Words.
Not the most intriguing processing but I thought that clean and simple would complement the shot. This is the south bank of Thames of course.

Post.
One of the most annoying things when taking photos of buildings are posts and poles. I had to get creative and offset the pole so that the centre of the building is not obstructed and the aquarium sign is within the shot. Oddly enough it looks like the curvature of the top of the aquarium…

BNP.
Not sure if intentional but the marking of the only odd dress in the shop with “BNP” is apt to say the least.

This post is the beginning of my second London series. This time I went through some areas less abundant in snap-happy tourists. Starting off with this 6am shot near the Marble Arch (hypocritical but was on the way to the US embassy).

On the way to Bristol for my interview back in April. Love fog. So glad I took my camera… Then again… Why wouldn’t I take it?
