Moon Man
Temperature control is handy when you want to change a sunny day scene into a full-moon evening. The shadows are still too sharp to be believable but the overall moonlit aesthetic is there I think.

Dew
Again, unsure about the technique with these photos. I tried to make the edges of the droplet in focus and sharp. I think that works best.

Dice City
Probably the most expensive and time-consuming photo I’ve ever taken. 300 dice glued with pvc (temporary but strong enough to hold for a while) which took around 2 hours. Like I said in my “Negaticity” post, this is sort of a retake of that, on a slightly bigger budget. The “sky” is my duvet.

Reflection
Kinda looks like a before and after shot, superimposed onto one image. It’s just a reflection of the glass of the bridge.

COLOUR! These ‘glimpse’ shots are usually B/W though some, like this one I prefer in colour. For me, colour makes a much better mood setter in a photo than exposure.

I love to show hands in portraits because of how important they are in body language – the only type of communication possible between a photograph and the audience.
