Day 5: Own Garden.
This is taking garden-creeping to the next level. Taken at an allotment centre, with 10s of gardens next to each other and lots of flowers/plants to photograph. I don’t have all that many photos to show though. It was quite rainy hence the water droplets but during editing I managed to figure out how to…

Day 4: Purple Veins.
More from creeping into people’s front gardens. Love overcast days for the soft light they give on flowers. Makes nice, smooth images. The plant looks like it should be the flower of beet plants.

People Are Strange.
I’m always very self conscious about taking photos of people. It’s difficult not to come across as a creep, especially being male. I also hate using spot colouring but I really wanted to bring out the colour of her dress whereas the background looked much better in black and white. As for the title –…

Filmmaking.
I skipped a 6am post the other day so this is making up for it. I started an MA Wildlife Filmmaking course 4 weeks ago and this is the first photo since the start (taken 4 weeks ago). This breaks up the chronology a little bit but is more up to date than the current…

This post is skipping one photo but thats in anticipation for Macro Week #6. This was from the passenger’s seat on the drive back from oxford visiting a family friend. The sky was hard not to photograph.
