This is a pretty good example of the skewed focus plane of this lens. If you look at the sharpness of the trees on the far right, you can see they’re more in focus than the trees in the middle of the frame. does a great job of separating subjects from background while maintaining detail on the periphery – there are some interesting ways to utilise this and it also allows greater depth of field at small apertures.
